These Terms govern your use of the BetterBJJ mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”), provided by DanDevs (e.U.) (“BetterBJJ”, “we”, “us”).
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the BetterBJJ App Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
The App provides:
We may modify, add, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., training notes, transcripts).
You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the Services and generate your analytics.
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete.
The App is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice.
You are responsible for how you apply any suggestions. Consult a qualified coach or medical professional where appropriate.
You agree not to:
Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by those platforms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal in your store settings.
If a free trial or free tier is offered, it may have limits and may change over time.
You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or to protect the Services.
The App relies on third-party services (e.g., Firebase, OpenAI, Sentry, Expo, Apple/Google). Changes/outages in those services may affect the App. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what mandatory law requires.
To the extent permitted by law:
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice in-app or via our website.
Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may also apply.
Jurisdiction: Graz, Austria, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
